Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Timeframe

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Reverse Shipment Fee

A ₹100 per item fee may be deducted from your refund, as per our Fair Usage Policy.

3. Return Pickup Attempts

• Pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours of your return request.

• We will make up to 3 pickup attempts.

• Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

4. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
